You can enter cheats in the ROME Shell to grant your faction more money or other perks. To activate the ROME Shell, tap and hold in the top left and right corners of the screen simultaneously. The ROME Shell and your device's keyboard will appear. Enter a cheat code (see below), then press the Done key on your keyboard. Tap and hold the top corners of the screen to return to the game.

Slaughter With Your Cavalry/Break A Siege
If you are besieged, always attack on the turnyou are besieged because the enemy will have nosiege equipment to use. If the enemy hasartillery, you should try to get rid of it assoon as possible (to see how to attack whenbesieged, look in the manual under 'sallyingforth').When you attack the enemy, USE YOUR CALVARY!!!Calvary can slaughter! even against phalanxformations, it is simple: flank from behind. Ifthe phalanx turns toward you, split your calvaryin half(if you have more than one calvary group)and make one a diversion team. a phalanx can'tpoint in two directions. If you have Praetorianor Legionary Calvary (only available after theGaius Marius Event), use them, they are the bestcalvary Roman money can buy. Use them instead ofyour general to protect him, he is very valuable.
How To Fight With Phalanxes
When you are the Macedonians, Greeks Cites, oranyone with phalanxes always fight with them inPhalanx formation otherwise they are useless,but they march really slow when they do. Sotake them out of the formation and have them rununtil they are just about to attack then stopthem and put them in Phalanx again. I know thismay seem like a lot of work for nothing, but itmkaes them very useful in a fight and you canalso turn to face a threat to your Phalanx morequickly this way as well.
